The college has received Approval in Principle and Academic Approval from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, following an on-site evaluation conducted by a distinguished team comprising representatives from the Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME), the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC), and respected Deans of medical faculties of public universities. This recognition stands as a testimony to the high standards of planning, infrastructure, and preparedness that the institution embodies.

Our academic hospital, BNS PATENGA, a well-equipped naval hospital staffed by skilled professionals, has been designated as the teaching hospital of NMCC.
